At Martin Boost, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your wall clock, we’re here to help. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations when returning a product.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Items marked as final sale
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or accidents
- Customized or special-order clocks
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at support@martinboost.store with your order number and reason for the return.
- We will provide return instructions and a return address.
- Pack the item securely and ship it back using a trackable shipping service.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
4. Refunds
If your return is approved:
- A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the item and packaging. We will either send a replacement at no cost or offer a full refund, depending on the situation.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
- Double-check your bank or payment account
- Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take time before your refund is officially posted
- If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at support@martinboost.store
7. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled, and our return process will apply.
