All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed and another email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer reliable and tracked shipping services to ensure your order arrives on time and in perfect condition. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S. Only): 5–10 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (Optional): 2–5 business days
  • Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location, the weight of the package, and the selected shipping method. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions on selected items or order values.

4. International Shipping

Currently, Martin Boost ships only within the United States. We are working on expanding our reach globally—stay tuned for updates!

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and carrier details. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website or through the link provided in the email.

If you have not received tracking information within 4 days of placing your order, please contact us.

6. Delayed or Lost Packages

While we strive for timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather disruptions, customs, carrier issues). If your order is significantly delayed or lost in transit, contact us at support@martinboost.store and we’ll assist you promptly.

7. Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we cannot guarantee successful delivery and additional charges may apply. Please double-check your shipping details before finalizing your order.

8. Damaged Items During Shipping

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Send an email to support@martinboost.store with your order number, clear photos of the damaged item, and packaging. We’ll offer a replacement or refund depending on the case.

9. Split Shipments

In rare cases, we may ship items separately based on stock availability. If this happens, you will receive multiple tracking numbers and no additional shipping charges.
